Conductive Hearing Loss occurs when there is a blockage in the ear canal or the middle ear that prevents the transmission of sound. Because of blockages or damaged anatomical structures in the outer ear, ear canal or middle ear, the transmission of sound can be blocked. It can be from mild to moderate levels depending on the levels of the Hearing problem faced. A Conductive Hearing Loss can be assisted through Hearing Aids, medications or surgery.
